I received an email today requesting a large sum of money. The email claims to have come from [removed]. it looks suspicious to me. I tried to forward it to [removed]. It was rejected. The cause given as, "Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam." Really!!?? What is the point of having us forward suspicious emails if they are going to be rejected for being suspicious??

Are you forwarding to phishing@paypal.com?
Or just delete it?

Identical problem.
Suspicious emails that are forwarded to phishing@paypal.com are being returned as undeliverable because they are being rejected by the PayPal server.

I just spoke with ? at paypal and it was a waste of time. I tried to forward an email to service and phishing at paypal.com and both came back as undeliverable. They claim there is nothing wrong at their end (said it was my email but my email works fine). Tried to use the online chat session but it gives you the same phishing email to report the issue. It may be time to find a different payment system.
NOTE: I was unable to add the entire email address to this post because it was "not permitted". They would not let me add the phone number I called either (ends in 2050)...

The email in question came from service (but I can't add the rest of the email address to this post but it's paypal).
