how to make a refund

Hi i want a refund to my money someone took my paypal account and spent some money on ebay and roblox robux 5 dollars twice and some weird looking knife and i want my refund but i dont know how

Click on the transactions and using the 'report' link bottom of that details page, report the transactions as unauthorised if that is what they were.

Make sure you have charged your password and security questions and run a malware and anti-virus scan on your computer.
