Hello, this Tuesday I was told that my newly-registered Paypal was permanently limited.

Then I submitted the matching business license and legal person-related information, and then everything was normal.

Yesterday, I was told that my account was restricted again, but this time there was no prompt or any way to remove the restriction.

I don’t know how to solve this problem.

I think the point may be were you over 18 when you opened the paypal account?

If not even though you are 20 now it would still be considered an illegally opened minor account and permanently limited.

If you submitted documents to prove you are over 18 but paypal thought you were not then you need to appeal.

Reach out to customer services by phone preferably to appeal.

Hello, @kernowlass   could you please help check my question? I appreciate your help.

Yesterday, I was told that my account was restricted again, but this time there was no prompt or any way to remove the restriction.

The following is what I get:

A payment attempt was rejected on your store because your PayPal account has been limited. You need to contact PayPal to remove the limitation or disable PayPal Express in your payment settings.

The PayPal website seems to lack an effective way to contact PayPal customer service.

I don’t know how to solve this problem.

Look forward to your reply.
