my account was hacked , made a resolution but case was closed

Someone hacked my account and made a food delivery order via Deliveroo  in Rome/Italy using my debit card linked in paypal account amounting to Euro 127.18.

I put up a resolution dispute saying it was not me and i am in singapore  but the transaction was done in italy. at the end all i received was "Thank you for reporting this case. After our review, we found that certain transactions weren't unauthorised and hence weren't eligible for Buyer Protection."  totally lost and feel super helpless . paypal is not helping at all

See if asking PayPal to change the dispute to item not received will make a difference because you have a Singapore account and live in Singapore, not in Italy, the food delivery was delivered in Italy.
