Has anyone else received random small charges from acutane? I received two random acutane charges one for 24 cents one for 54 cents from accutane. There is no information in the transaction details. Is there another option for shipping with PayPal
I too am getting these occasional random charges. I think this might be when I mistakenly under-purchase postage (wrong weight; wrong postage class, etc.), and Auctane is making an incremental charge for the postage due. But it is frustrating that there is no explanation offered.
I was able to verify today that Acutane LLC is not associated with Paypal and we had to block/reverse 3 different charges. Acutane LLC claimed to be associated with Paypal Shipstation and they were not.
Acutane (“u” before the “t”) is not associated with PayPal ShipStation. Auctane (“u” after the “t”) is associated with PayPal ShipStation. Auctane is the new name for Stamps.com.
