remotasks.com send my payout for my work to wrong but valid paypal email

i am a freelancer in website of remotasks.com remotasks.com send the payment to wrong paypal email.. the question is how can i report that and take my payout for my work... i only have the paypal email that the remotasks.com sent the payment..

remotasks.com would have to email that 'wrong' email address if the payment is showing as completed?
Then ask for a refund of the payment wrongly sent. If it was sent using goods/services then they can open a dispute for non receipt of item to get the funds back(as that email has nothing to send them). If it was sent using friends/family and the recipient refuses then nothing can be done unfortunately.
However if its marked on remotasks.com account as unclaimed or unclaimed with a cancel option they can either cancel or wait 30 days and if it remains unclaimed it should return to them.
If none of that works then its between you and remotasks.com to sort out. Was it your error in giving them the wrong email or theirs in sending it to the wrong one? You would need to sort it out between yourselves.

no its not my error.... but i guess someone is changing the payment email... but the remotasks say that it is not on their control... that why i ask for help hir in community or any admin or support team of paypal.. as i have the supporting docummend that the payout was sent to that email..

i already talk to remotasks but they say they cannot help me.. regarding this... then what is other way to get my payout... is there a way that i my self report that the email of the payout is not mine.. and to get the payout to my real paypal email?

@erwinhyper, welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving a payment from Remotasks. If there is an issue with which email address the payment was sent to, unfortunately PayPal would not be able to update or change that email. Only Remotasks would be able to change or update that email address, and only if it's still unclaimed. If the transaction has already been claimed to the email address it was sent to, normally it would only be able to be refunded by the recipient.
