someone used my paypal account!

  Some hacker used my paypal account and my name to order stuff from simple cell and send it to [removed]. I am now living in texas at [removed], the address I mention above WarpEx (OHmyzip De center) it is infamous for the place where hackers  use stolen credit Cards or paypal account to buy stuff and send it over seas! I disputed to paypal resolution center but I got rejected! what I can do more ?
