Scammed

Scammed for 20$ is there anyone I can talk to to get my money back

This person did this to multiple people.

He made everyone send it as a gift...I didn't know I couldn't dispute it when it is sent as a gift.

😞

EDIT:  I called Paypal and they were extremely friendly and said they will do there best to return the money.  I feel much better now.

I learned my lesson and i'm thankful it was only 20$.
