2 ebay accounts - 1 paypal account - selling limits?

I have had my private ebay account for many years -  no problems

Paypal account same amount of time - no problems.

I have now registered as a business and have a separate ebay username to sell vehicles from.

I am intending on using the same paypal account for both ebay accounts

I have linked the two ebay accounts to raise my selling limit on my new account - this has given me £3500 a month selling limit.

This is not enough to sell vehicles with - I am desperately trying to raise the limit - but ebay just keep telling me that paypal need to verify my ebay account in order to raise the amount.

For information - the only high value items will all be advertised using Classified Adverts on my business account, no buy it nows or auction. so the money going through paypal is only the advetising fees (£13-15 a car), rather than £1000s!

Can anyone help?

Hey there,

If you are linking your new eBay account to the PayPal you always use then there would be no selling limit imposed by PayPal. This sounds like an eBay issue so you should contact them directly.
