Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
If your label didn't print properly, you can reprint it again at no extra cost. The label must be reprinted before its Label Expiry Date, which for Royal Mail items is the end of the next working day. For Parcelforce Worldwide services, it is possible to reprint a label for up to 5 working days after the initial request.
To reprint a label, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com/uk
- Locate the payment in your Activity.
- Scroll to the bottom of the 'Transaction Details' page and click Reprint Label.
