I just had an ebay package returned to me with a sticker on it saying "moved/unknown" and the postcode crossed out from Canada.
When I contacted the buyer, they said their address was "apartment number - building number" "street name" but the address I got on the Paypal email was just "apartment number" "street name".
Has anybody else had this problem? I'm going to have to pay to re-ship the item, which doesn't seem fair if the buyer entered the correct address their end (they say they did and have never had this happen before - even when buying from the UK) and I'm getting an incomplete address displaying as 'confirmed' my end..
