I sold on ebay and went through PayPal to create the parecel force shipping label.
I waited in all yesterday and no one showed up. Around 6pm I phoned customer service and they clearly had my reference number on the system. Customer services said they would contact my local depot (Preston) and someone would get back to me. No one did.
I phoned again this morning and spoke to the preston depot. The guy siad to me that their system isn't fully integrated with PayPal and often the first they hear about a collection is when customers phone up to complain wondering why no one showed up.
this sounds like madness and surely it would have come up as a big issue and been resoved all these ebayers pushing orders through paypal?
Anyone else had any issues with this?
