There are two debits on my account for £2.82 each to Shutl Ltd. What is this for? It surely can't be a sellng fee as it represents over 50% of the sale price.

Why should I pay postage to the seller if I already have been paid to royal mail! Before 3 days I dispatched unwanted trousers back to the sellers and paid to royal mail for their postages!! Why I've been charged second time for the same thing from the seller's company??? I don't understand! I paid 37 pounds for three trousers then turn back to seller. Once I paid 6-7pounds to royal mail for delivery and now I've been charged one more time 9pounds for the three items! In total I paid the amount of ~16 for postaging onto 37 boughts! That is absolutely rediculous! Please help me to understand that because I don't get it! Thank you!

Hi @WhyShutl,
Welcome to the community, if you have to return an item to your Seller as part of a claim we do have a return shipping programme which should help you claim up to £15 of the postage costs. You should find all of the information you need on how to get started here, https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns.
Hope this helps,
Siobhán
