Ok, i was selling Fifa 14 - FUT coins,  virtual coins for a game. A User purchased these coins and i recieved a payment the therefore were on to the game a bought an item the users had detailed therefore giving him the coins. A few hours later i recieve an email, saying the user claims that buyer did not have permission of the user when buying the product therefore Paypal have took the funds temporarily as the claim is investigated. However i when i try resolve the problem i am giving the following options:

I have posted the item and I can provide proof that the item was posted through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page.

I have not posted the item and I will refund the payment

I have refunded the payment for this transaction

As my product was virtual the there is no approved postal service and the user has recieved the product how can i resolve this? and either get my product or the money owed?

You won't resolve it unless you can provide a tracking number to prove delivery of the item to the buyer, if you don't they will get their money back.

That is because there is NO SELLER PROTECTION for selling virtual or digital items on paypal, you are welcome to do so but entirely at your own risk.

So if the buyer files a dispute then odds are they will win.
