Two weeks ago i have purchased postage label through paypal but on Royal Mail website it says it's not recognised? Parcel has been sent with RM International Signed For postage. Could anyone shed some light please?
If you have obtained a tracking number on the Royal Mail website and you are unable to track the parcel on their site, you should try reaching out to Royal Mail directly so that they can assist you further.
We cannot locate parcels with a tracking number that is issued by Royal Mail but if you contact them directly they should be able to assist you with locating the parcel.
Hi there - I purchased postage for an Ebay sale through Paypal but the seller hasn't received the item. The parcel was sent RM signed for and there was a tracking number on the receipt but it is not recognised on the Royal Mail website. I need to know if this was signed for before I give the buyer a refund so can anyone explain/help with how I can track the parcel?
I think I'm in the same position. I purchased postage through paypal for a parcel that was sent via Royal Mail's signed for service, However, the tracking number given by Paypal is not recognised on the Royal Mail website and I need to know if it has been delivered/signed for ... any ideas??
