can ebay or PayPal reinstate PayPal Balance as Automatic payment method for seller fees ?

To anybody PLEAZE ?

i can't get no checking bank acct or credit card - can't edit or add no listing

+ $2.03 seller fee got reversed on the 1st so ebay cancelled my  

Primary Funding Source agreement for PayPal Balance as method

bu PP shows its still active WHY ?

+ lady at ebay said  my ebay acct has NO  Automatic payment method for seller fees + said to ask PP to reinstate it = do you know if they will ?

Hi there Minnoo,

If you try going to the settings page on your PayPal account, you should have an option to view your subscription/recurring payments. There, you should be able to see if there is a billing agreement active on your PayPal account with eBay.

If there isn't, you should be able to create one on your eBay account. I'm not sure exactly how you would do that but you could try contacting eBay directly and they can help you with getting one created.

i wuz gettin ready to call ya n glad i looked in here

subscription/recurring payments.shows ebay is active -its not -tried to edit a listing it shows yellow box at top w/no paymt method so cant do it  - thers no link to re set it to balance + after talking to her 20mins she said no paymt method so i gotta call to ask  you  = on eBay site - change method  goes to PP page shows only 2

Add bank account

Add credit card

so is ebay the only who can re set that ?
