ebay business account. Do I need Paypal business account?

Hi all, would like to become a business seller on eBay soon. Will I need to get a Paypal business account too? Or can I use the one I am using as a private seller?

What do you mean business seller? A seller on ebay is just a seller.

Hi again, sorry about confusion. I would like to start a business on eBay. At the mo, am a private seller. Was wondering doI need to have a business account with Paypal if I am to start an eBay business?

Welcome to the UK Community Forum and thanks for posting!

To sell on eBay you need to have a verified PayPal account. As far as I can see, you can set up a Business Seller account on eBay with a Premier PayPal account. If you click on this link, you’ll find additional information on how to set up a seller’s account on eBay.
