pending payments

Hello I know there are couple of topics on this issue, but I was wondering if you could speed up the process of this.

I have two payments and one of them has cleared so the other payment is not allowing the first payment to go through. Could you please have a look at this and release my money. Both items have been tracked delivery they have been delivered yesterday and I did recieve one feedback, the other buyer hasn't left any feedback yet but I don't wanna wait 21 days.

Could you at least release the payment I have for the item that I have recievied feedback for? Thanks very much
