Creating PayPal buttons for website

I need to create a PayPal buy it now button for my website. I've read the instructions, but fail at the first hurdle. Instruction say sign in and go to tools..... There is no "tools" option. Anyone got a step by step on how to do this.

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum about this.
Sounds like the steps you've been provided with might be for the old account layout. Here are the steps you'll need to start creating buttons:
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
- Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page
- Select ‘My selling preferences'.
- In the 'Selling online' section, click 'Update' beside 'PayPal buttons'.
- Click 'Action' or 'Create new button' to get started.
