HOW DO I SELL FILES OVER THE INTERNET

I made a website a little while back and I made a paypal cost for some of my things to sell such as : YouTube Backrounds

Minecraft skins,and Avatars.I heard that I would get a notification on paypal if Someone bought my items and it would tell me thier email.How would I send the file to their email?

You have a couple of options.  If you're into programming your own stuff, you need to use PayPal's IPN feature. When someone purchases an item, you will get an email notification of the sale.  If using IPN, PayPal also sends some info to your web server, the scripting running on your server then generates an email containing a link to the download address which is sent to the customer.  See this info for IPN:
