International postage

I am attempting to print a postage label for a customer in India.I have completed the necessary information, including item weight and package weight 675gms and 800 gms respectively. When I complete I get the message 'Item weight cannot be greater than package weight'. Have tried altering both weights but to no avail. Any advice?

Is the payment from the buyer showing in your paypal account??

I have no idea about postage but a tad concerned about your buyer.

Hope the item is not expensive.
