Hi,
Since setting up my paypal account I have changed my name, so uploaded a copy of my Deed Certificate to change the name on my paypal account.
I received an email from someone at paypal stating that you could not change my name until I also uploaded photo ID such as driving license or passport.
My question is why ? I didnt need to send such personal info to set up my account in the first place and am not happy with sending such info just for a simple name change, which I have already proved with my Legal Deed Certificate.
