I'm a Canadian seller in eBay. Sold a item to a Canadian buyer and received payment for the object only, not the shipping cost. By reviewing my eBay listing, I clearly see the shipping costs on the display page as well as in the shipping information page. Yet when I review my Paypal transaction, the shipping cost shows $0, so the buyer paid $0 in shipping fee.
How could this happen? Have many more items listed in eBay and I don't want to have this problem with each one
