I play a online game called Yoville I was selling my coins because im quitting the game so i sold 4 mllion virtual coins for $40.00 USD and after i sent the buyer the coins he filed a dispute saying that he did not authorize a payment. So how can i get this fixed? i went to the resolution center but theres nothing there about him not authorizing a payment it just says that i have to show proof that an item was shipped but it says nothing that i can do to prove that he sent the money i had the money he sent it now hes filing a dispute saying that he did not authorize how can people do that?
