I spoke with paypal a few days ago and all was ok. I have tried to contact them using 0800 358 7911 contact number from their website and the phone doesn't even ring it just has an auto message saying this number is not available then dials off.
I got the number from the "contact Us" link which then open a window with a code and the number.
