Claiming Mobile Payment

Hi

I was recentley sent money to my phone number. I then received a text message saying

'you got money' with a link to claim the funds.

The link doesnt work, and the funds do not appear on my account.

 

Where are the funds and how do i claim them?

 

Just as a note, i received a payment sent to my mobile only a few days ago, which went straight into

my account without the need to claim.

Question was it the same number?

 

IF it is Contact Customer Service 

 

IF not Make sure the number where the money was sent is confirmed.

Yes, that's something else not working for me at the moment too - payments to mobile numbers show as 'unclaimed'.

 

Also having problem sending to certain email addresses.

It sounds like your phone number may be not verified on your PayPal account. In this situation I would recommend you either verifying the phone number or asking the payment sender to cancel the transaction and sending it onto your email address.
