GiffGaff credit on PP- how to claim via PP

Hiya,

Does anyone know how to get of PP a credit sewnt by Giffgaff? I have received email informing me they the GG have credited me the money for some services and to claim them i need to go to PP. I Have done so but for the love of gawd i cannot figure out how to claim it once i am in my account.

I was aware of this credit coming so not a scam.

Hi Brambles,

Thank you for posting here and welcome to our community.

If a company is sending credit/payment to your PayPal account this should be added to your balance. In order to receive the credit you would have to make sure that the company has your correct email address and that your email address is confirmed on your PayPal account. In order to receive money the email address has to be confirmed. You can check this if you go to your profile :).

When these 2 are sorted you will be able to receive payments on your PayPal account. If you don’t receive the money I would advise to contact the seller to ask them to which email address they sent the payment. If a mistake was made there they can resolve this for you.
