How do i use my PayPal balance/wallet money

Alright guys since i can't withdraw my money to my master card, how do i use the money? I have the money and i was suppose to pay something with this. Don't tell me that i'm stuck with it. I do not want to use my master card money because i sent my friend 10 euros, he gave me back and now i have it on my account, not on my credit card.

If you have funds in your balance AND you have a back up card then you can just spend it and paypal should take from the balance.

You can check as paypal tells you what funding source they are going to use before you click submit.

But when i want to send the money it automatically selects the Master Card and i don't know how to change it to PayPal balance. Can you help me please?

There must be a reason for that  >>

1. Is it an international transaction?

2. Are the funds in your paypal balance cleared and not pending.

3. Is your back up card verifed.

3.I don't know what is that. All i know is that when i click on pay for goods or services and i type the email and stuff and then the pay method is

And when i click on change funding source its just my Master Card i can't use PayPal balance.

OK if its in your paypal balance then it needs to be in the same currency as the person you are sending it to accepts.

You can convert it by clicking on ''details'' next to the balance and under paypal in the pop up > manage currencies BUT FEES WILL APPLY so make sure you will have enough to send after those have debited.

What would happen if i deleted my card? Would i still have the money i mean if i delete it i will only have an option to use the Paypal balance money logically right?
