Hi olihutchy,

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

Please make sure your email address is confirmed, if the payment has been sent to you in a different currency you may also need to add this currency to your PayPal Account.

Here's how to accept money in a new currency:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
  2. On your account 'Summary' page, click PayPal balance.
  3. Click Manage Currencies.
  4. Select the currency you want to add.
  5. Click Add Currency.

@fbishawon

Must be a long bug then because you are replying to a thread dated August last year.

Sounds as if your problem is an old email address that your buyer has paid to?
