So I was selling something to someone online via Gumtree and they offered to pay extra for shipping if I post which I agreed to and created PayPal solely for that purpose to take payment. He was eager to send me the money and it is in my PayPal balance on my account. I couldn't get to the post office that day and the next morning before I went I started thinking how he didn't seem to ask if I had posted it seeing as a random person has his money which is why I get the weird feeling after he receives it he can somehow 'take' back the money. I've heard of people doing fraud via PayPal in the past vaguely and I'm not sure if this is one of those times. My account is fully verified and the money is in my balance. Hell, I even bought some Skype credits to call. Is it secure and safe to send him his item? Sorry for the long post peeps.
