Is webform@ intl.paypal.com a genuine Paypal address?

Hi All,

Is the following email a genuine paypal email or could it be part of a scam?

webform@ intl.paypal.com

A payment was completed by a customer however we never received payment. They have email this address and got a confident email saying all was ok. I was suspicious because the reference in the email was not matched to the payment.

A long reference number was provided along the lines of: "VV44REXXE" (KMN54229910V99604L0KM) :ppEU

Don't think that's a legit address but, you can always find out for sure by forwarding the email to the "spoof" address on this page.

... This is an answer immediately I have had my new log in from you.

I have here a correspondence from them that is at least very strange. The last one was advising me to use their software for my computer that was not accepted by this .. .The 86.68 $.has been a charge for nathing. 

In this moment I can not give you additional details but I'll do that shortly.
