Money hasn't appeared in my paypal

Someone has payed for something and it says transaction completed but my paypal balance is 0.00

why is that so?

the payment was for £16.00

Did you get an answer to your query because I've had the same problem and don't know how to solve it.   I've had a message from Paypal to say

Dear ????

You've still got funds!


On 4 Jan 2011 you received 4.49 GBP from  ???? After you sign up for a PayPal account you will not only have access to the money sent by EK,

I don't know why it's asking me to sign up for a PayPal account as I already have one.  The money, however, isn't showing up in my account.  I'd be grateful for any help you could give on this as you've obviously had a similar problem.

i cashed my phone into envirofone for £81.06 and the funds aint

appearing could someone please tell me the problem

It says in the email if funds do not appear verify your paypal account

with the the verification code. it says "click here to verify your paypal account"

i click it and it say sorry this is outdated version of paypal, The funds came through

today, anyone know why this is ?

Hi Guys,

I understand that some of you have not received your recent payments. In order to receive payments using your PayPal account you will need a confirmed email address. Your email address is the only thing somebody needs to send you money. As soon as the payment has been credited to your PayPal account, we will notify you by email. You may then withdraw the funds to your bank account straight away or keep the money in your PayPal account for future online transactions.

If someone has paid you for an eBay item that you have sold and you have not received your payment may I suggest that you review your eBay listing to see what email address was listing on your "sell your item form".

Here’s how to find the email address you used in your eBay listing:

1. Go to www.ebay.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click ‘Sold’ in the ‘Sell’ section under ‘My eBay Summary.’
3. Click ‘Sell Similar’ under ‘Actions’ next to the item you want to be paid for.
4. Find the email address you used in your listing under ‘Decide how you’d like to be paid’ near the bottom of the page.

If you have used an old email address please add and confirm it to your PayPal account via the profile tab. If you no longer have access to that email address, please request your buyer to cancel the payment and resend to the correct email address.

I have sold 3 items on ebay today, 2 have been paid for ( emails rec'd from PayPal ID nos:- 7J438777KK6105330 and 8XJ20665EX013470L) but no sign of money in my PayPal account and search for IDs reveals nothing.

Please help.

Does it say claim your payment?

If so please read Pauls post above as you need to find the email address the payments have been sent to and make sure it is confirmed on your PayPal account.

Ive got an email from paypal saying ive recieved a payment of £40.00, The paying customer has contacted me also saying she has made payment last night. And the proof is in the email from paypal

Nothing in my account found, ive also tried to find the transaction id number and it says its not working. When is this going to be fixed, Ive got a paying customer that not very happy, and i cant do anything until i see the funds in my account.

I also have a payment from a client she has sent me a notification from paypal on the 14th and she also says the money has been debited from her account.

Now she wants her product.

That post was really useful - I was wondering where my payment was and found that I had an old email listed in ebay. I've now added the email to my paypal account, but the payment hasn't shown up. How long until the payment will appear?
