I've just had an email from a trader I made a purchase from back in November. Payed by PayPal, assumed it had gone through, received goods, thought no more of it. It now transpires that there was some kind of a computer glitch their end and some payments weren't collected. They've given me the correct transaction number and date so it all seems legit and asked me for payment.
However, I can only seem to view completed transactions on my paypal account, this payment simply isn't on there. Not even coming up under search. Obviously I'll be paying them for what I had, I'd just like to view the transaction and satisfy myself it's all as they say.
Any help appreciated.
