Payment review

Hi I need some advice. Somebody has paid me a deposit for some concert tickets I bought. I received payment and transferred it to my girlfriend and not the payment is under review. WHY? There is no goods to ship. Any advice would be appreciated. I thought PayPal was hassle free? How wrong was I.

When you are paid as a seller it is not an instant payment from the buyer > paypal CREDIT you the money so that the buyer (if its an item to be sent), gets their item more quickly.

But rather than withdrawing it to your bank account you sent it onward probably before the original buyers payment had cleared to paypal to reimburse them.

So to check all is ok and you are not laundering money etc..........LOL...they review it for 24 hours.
