Payment to Armenia

Hi, 

I was purchasing goods from a person in Armenia, he stated that paypal wasn't in use over there. I checked for myself and saw it on your site that armenia was on the list of country's you send to. So it comes to completion of the work I asked for and I try to send a payment, the payment doesn't want to go through.

So I googled the problem and found a bunch of material that states that it won't go through, however at my first glance on the paypal site it doesn't statet this. 

Is there anyway you could change the site to reflect that payments cannot be made?

As it turns out I couldn't use paypal for the transaction which left me feeling a little insecure when using a different service.

Click on the link and then select Armenia from the drop down box and you can see that folks in Armenia can't receive paypal payments.

Well your stating the obvious right now, what I said was is that at a glance you can only see that paypal is accepted in Armenia. 

What I said was that I came onto the paypal site and it said that Armenia had paypal, nothing next to it saying that they don't receive which can be misleading which is what brought me here. 

So yes thank you for pointing that out, however late it was, but really didnt help progress the conversation nor add anything to it.

Yes fees for sellers to accept payments FROM buyers in your country.

You can send payments but not receive them.

let's cut the time, we can actually help each other! We need a simple guide on what principles and standards are set by PayPal for recognizing Armenia  so as every Armenian talent who works hard will have no problem getting his/her money right in his/her hands. There are many genius guys out here in Armenia whose hands are bonded because they are not even able to receive money for their freelance job or sell  on Ebay. Can you just imagine how we all can boost Armenia's economy?
