Receiving/Sending money from Ivory Coast.

Hello PayPal Community,

I am in the U.S and I would like to know if it is possible to receive some money from a PayPal account from Ivory Coast. 

I would like to receive some money and also send some money to some friends and family. I saw that Ivory Coast is now included in the countries where PayPal operates. Can anyone help me?

Click on the drop down box in the link above and scroll to whatever country you need BUT i don't think ivory coast is available for paypal.
