I'm a CDN citizen with a cdn paypal account. I am currently living in South Korea. I buy from the GMARKET online shopping site. Paypal is listed as a payment option, but when transferred to the Paypal site for payment, SK is not lsted in the dropdown list for shipping locations.
I would like a reason for this as it seems like a discrepancy in the system... very frustrating.

Paypal is available in South Korea, click on the link and select your country from the drop down box and it will tell you what you can do there.
HOWEVER your problem may be that you are using a Canadian paypal account?? If so read this >>
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and financial info ie bank accounts and cards from within that country.
The only exception is U.S users can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
