Why is my payment still pending???

I placed an order with foot locker and chose to pay by paypal. The order was received but the payment to them is still pending. When I spoke to them they said I needed to speak to Paypal.

When I spoke to Paypal they said it should still go through but the order was placed on 31/12/2013 and its still pending.

I also placed an order straight after my footlocker order with nike and chose to pay by paypal and that payment has been completed.

So i cannot understand why my payment to footlocker is still showing as pending when my nikew order is completed and ive already received the goods.

Its like my payment and my order is just stuck in 'limbo'.

Can someone offer any advice??

Normally when you pay a company rather than an individual or an ebay seller then it stays as pending until that company processes your order and collects your payment.

If they don't collect it then it bugs out at 30 days.
