Hi,

I'm getting this error "Your transaction cannot be completed. Please return to the merchant." while trying to buy something using PayPal. I'm actually trying to subscribe to Spotify Premium and it wouldn't let me and shows this error. I've also tried to pay on other sites, but it doesn't work there either. How can I fix this issue? Please help.

Hi,

My account got limited as I had to submit documents to verify my information. I did that and it got verified by PayPal but it says "Waiting for your response" on resolution center. Unfortunately though, there isn't any option to "response" on the case.

What shall I do?
