is it possible to send money from Morocco to Germany?

my partner in germany will sell to me her ticket for a 1D concert, the problem is that i live in Morocco, and i just realised after many searches that Morocco isnt inclued with the countries that can pay and receive payments from Paypal, my bankcard is Visa btw and i don't know what to do about that, please reply

As far as i am aware Morocco can send and receive payments.
