i'm from the philippines and i paid for the invoice i requested from a seller from usa using my debit card that was 3 days ago, my bank account already got deducted with the $60 but the invoice says it's still pending when will the seller receive the money so he can finally ship the item i bought? and why do i have two status in pending? one is payment with -$60 and the other is invoice received with -$60? don't tell me i'm going to get deducted $60 again
