receiving money without setting up a bank account

so i recently got money, BUT i cant collect it because when ever i press "collect your money" it brings me to a page that forces me to link a card or a bank which i currently do not have access to can anyone help me out?

You are posting on the UK forum, however in the US i believe you can withdraw funds to a debit card OR get them to send you a cheque.
