Bank fees

Below is a response from a moderator regarding possible bank fees.  I would like to know where in the TOS (and the date it was inserted into the TOS), that Paypal makes it clear that these fees are not only possible, but likely (at least at my bank).

The transaction was treated as a bounced check and each item was charged twice.  I made a number of realtively small purchases totalling about $300 over several days but the total fees charged exceeded $1200.  The backup bank account was fully funded and no transactions failed.  It's certainly is not made clear that bank account fees may accrue if a backup source is used.  At best, it's buried in some small type somewhere.

LMP-  There would not be any fees through PayPal for using a back up funding source; that being said if the payment makes it to the backup, that would mean the primary funding source failed, in which case your bank might charge you fees.  If you are being charged fees, check to see if they appear in your PayPal account.  If they're not there, then you'd want to take it up with your bank.
