I am moving to Malaysia permanently. My questions are as following:
1. Can I send money using US paypal account to Malaysia paypal account and both account access by me? What are the fees involve and can I access US account in Malaysia?
I would like to perform the task this way: US Bank > US Paypal > Malaysia Paypal > Malaysia Bank
Base on my research, Malaysia now able to withdraw fund to credit card.
You can withdraw money to a Malatsian bank account from Paypal. I doubt if your Paypal account will work for long without a verified US Bank account attached to it, so transfer the money before you close the bank account. Fees are 1%.
