I've sent a payment to someone (and it is showing as completed in my account) but I haven't received a receipt or notification email. Is that normal? I thought you are supposed to receive confirmation of such transactions? I have received notification emails in the past when paying for ebay items or paypal invoices / request for payment. Is just sending money not the same?
I sent some instructions to the seller with the 'notes to seller' text field but now I am unsure if they will have received the message or not.
So, are you supposed to get an email receipt when sending money?
It might have something to do with how your emil preferences have been set up - we've been getting some complaints about that - looks like most people should at least check them to make sure they're okay.
Click on your profile and then look for something called "notofocations" in the left hand column of the page that comes up. Click on that and update the choices.
