I can see the vendors I have billing agreements with like hostgator and itunes on my recurring "preapproved" list (manage-paylist) and I have nothing on the other "preapproved payments" list (ap-manage-preapprovals) yet I do have an agreement with godaddy that doesn't show up anywhere I can find it.
The only way I can see the agreement is by following the link in a receipt of payment to godaddy.
