Because of the recent tragic flooding and loss of life and property on the Philippines, I wanted to send some financial assistance to the Red Cross Philippines. However, when I went to do so, I noticed the fees to do this are quite high. I am wondering if fees could be lowered somewhat, considering the devastation.
