Send Money - Error Message

Why do I get this message when I try to send money to my son:  This recipient is currently unable to receive money.  I can send money to others without a problem.

This error message can mean a few different things - you may have to ask your son which one applies:

1) The receiving account is registered in a country that cannot accept payments
2) The receiving account has open issues and is unable to receive payments until they are resolved
3) The receiving account is a Student account that has not been enabled to receive payments by it's parent
