I live in the US and someone needs to send me money from Austria. They were going to do a basic wire transfer but I though paypal might be less expensive. I can find fees to send TO austria, but not to send from Austria. Any idea what it might be? I tried to go to the paypal.at but I don't speak german and the translation was bad.
I really just want to know if there is a basic charge and/or a percentage charge as well. It would be Euro to USD conversion.
