Does PayPal available in Hungary for local users? I'm in the US but my sister is in Hungary, I'm trying to see if I she can create an account there, and I could send her money in US dollars, then she could link her own bank account to her PayPal account there and get that money sent to that account for withdrawal eventually. Is this possible?
